Training Courses

Elite Fire Protection offers various levels of fire training instruction. Basic and intermediate levels of instruction are ideally suited to address the needs of small groups of employees and are typically conducted on site at the clients' premises. Where a more detailed level of training is required, courses are customised to take account of the experience, number, environment and objectives of the individuals concerned.

 

 

 

 

All necessary equipment is supplied. Upon completion of the training, delegates are provided with appropriate Course Notes and a Completion Certificate.

The Need for Fire Training

In compliance of the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations 1997, an employer is obliged, where necessary, to take appropriate action in order to protect the safety of employees in case of fire. Briefly this may be summarised as:

  1. Establish procedures for fire-fighting in the workplace, adapted to the nature of the activities carried on there and to the size of his undertaking and of the workplace, taking into account any special hazards.
  2. Nominate employees to implement those procedures and ensure that the number of employees, their training and equipment available to them are adequate for the prevailing conditions.
